Culinary experience “Taste of Telemark”


We tempt the palate already in the room with both Champagne and chocolate. In the afternoon, afternoon tea is served (12:00 - 15:00)*. Aperitif is served in the bar, a 6-course menu with local produce as the main theme, with a carefully selected French wine package (5 glasses). Coffee is offered in front of the fireplace to beautiful piano music. A la carte breakfast is served in the restaurant the following morning and please enjoy a cup of coffee on the veranda before departure.

Dress code:
The restaurant has a dress code in the evening and we want our guests to dress nicely (trousers, shirt, suit jacket etc.) and it is possible to borrow a suit jacket at the hotel.
