Terms and Conditions for booking at Dalen Hotel
All reservations at Dalen Hotel is paid in full when booked unless otherwise agreed.
Changing dates is considered a cancellation and a new booking per our policy and is such subject to our cancellation deadline.
All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation.
Cancellation of individual reservations
Cancellation of individual reservations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to travel, cancellations after this date will be invoiced as if the guest stayed.
Commercial activities
Commercial activities as part of a stay must be arranged directly with the hotel.
Group terms & Conditions.
For bookings of 05-10 rooms
Until 30 days before arrival: The whole event can be canceled without charge.
Until 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% can be canceled without charge.
Until 0-14 days before arrival: organizer charged with 100% of the agreed price for the entire stay.
For bookings of 11-42 rooms
Up to 120 days before arrival: The whole event can be canceled without charge.
Until 60-119 days before arrival: 50% can be canceled without charge.
Until 30-29days before arrival: 20% can be canceled without charge.
Until 0-14 days before arrival: the booker will becharged with 100% of the agreed price for the entire stay.
Please make sure to check your confirmation / contract as special conditions might apply.
VAT and generel price adjustment.
In the case of changes to the taxes/VAT we reserve the right to adjust the confirmed rates to acommodate for the new tax level.
We also reserve the right to change prices on services delivered by third parties.
Transaction fees
Any and all fees related to transactions for banking fees are covered by the guest.
Force Majeuere
Force majeure can only be claimed if the guests journey to Dalen Hotel is impoossible. We reserve the right the contest all claims to force majeure from the guests.
