Start with the canal bus from Ulefoss to Lunde.
The cruise starts from Lunde and into the heart of the canal landscape.
On your way you will pass two locks, where Vrangfoss is one of them.
Vrangfoss is the largest lock with 5 chambers.
The location of Bø Hotell makes it an excellent choice for a perfect family vacation.
It's close to Bø Sommarland, Høyt og Lavt Klatrepark, and Telemarkskanalen.
Additionally, Bø Hotell has an outdoor pool, perfect for enjoying warm summer days.

- Kl. 12.50 arrival at Lunde lock.
Travel with M/S Victoria and M/S Henrik Ibsen:
- Kl. 13.20 departure with M/S Victoria or M/S Henrik Ibsen from Lunde lock.
- Kl. 15.20 arrival at Ulefoss locks.
Travel with M/S Telemarken (4th July - 4th August):
- Kl. 13.45 departure with M/S Telemarken from Lunde lock, about 30 meters below the lock.
- Kl. 15.50 arrival at Ulefoss locks.

Practical information during the canal cruise:
Parking:
It is approx. 25 minutes to drive from Bø Hotell to Ulefoss locks.
While driving from Ulefoss center, the parking lot is reached about 200 meters before the locks.
It is marked with a parking sign (a large “P”) and the symbol for the Telemark Canal (a boat in a lock).
There is a short walking distance to the bus stop, about 100 meters.
Meals on board:
There is a restaurant on board M/S Henrik Ibsen and M/S Victoria.
It is possible to prebook lunch with your tickets.
You can also order food directly at the boat from their menu without prebooking.
If you book tickets for 10 persons or more, we recommend that you prebook meals on board.
It is not possible to book a table for the entire journey, and you can’t bring your own food on board.
M/S Telemarken has a cafè, and it is not possible to prebook meals.
Bus:
The canal bus is limited only to our guests and is a tour bus.
It stops 100 meters from Ulefoss lock and at Lunde the bus stop is located approx. 200 meter from the lock.
Dogs are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

Bø Hotell has its own restaurant.
It is possible to add the buffet to your booking when purchasing this package.
Seating time will be informed upon check-in.
Facilities:
Bø Hotell is located in Bø center, close to the shopping and restaurants.
The hotel has a wonderful outdoor svimming pool.
Nearby you will find activites such as Bø Sommarland, Høyt og Lavt Klatrepark, Norsjø Golfpark, Telemarkskanalen and more.

Children 4-15 years: From NOK 625,- per child.
