We repeat last year’s success and welcome back Billal Andersson, Head Chef of Thörnström’s Kök, Gothenburg (1 star Guide Michelin) together with colleagues Peter Halldén and Maja Hempel. 8 September – RESTAURANT À L’AISE. We are very proud to welcome Head Chef Ulrik Jepsen to Dalen Hotel. He has been working in several Michelin Star restaurants in Denmark and England, and he’s now heading one of Oslos up and coming fine dining restaurants. We look forward to an explotion of taste, classical French cuisine mixed with modern elegance. We will be offering a fixed menu with selected wines to follow. Please contact us for information.
