Culinary getaway “Taste of Telemark”.

Stay at the Dalen Hotel® in a De Luxe room with a balcony and view of the garden and the Bandak. Already arriving in your room we tempt your senses with champagne and amuses gueule (“mouth amusers”). Afternoon tea with home-made cakes can be enjoyed by the open fire, in one of the hotel lounges or on the terrace. Aperitif is served outside our wine cellar where we present tonight’s menu, a 5-course dinner with locally produced duck as main theme and carefully selected wines. Coffee and digestives are served in front of the fire accompanied by piano music. The next day, please enjoy a large breafast buffet as well as a nice cup of coffee, preferrably on the terrace if the weather is nice, before departing.
