Leading the breakfast team is an important and exciting role. You work with Executive head Chef Mikael Öster to create the most fantastic guest experiences. The hotel breakfast is one of the last things our guests experience at the hotel, thus hospitality and attention to detail are incredibly important for guests to check out with the feeling of being a part of the nobility of the 19th century. 

 

About you: 

  • Experience as waiter or Maitre’d, from fine dining is a plus 

  • Team player 

  • Detail oriented  

  • Knowledgeable and interested in food and drinks 

  • Genuinely interested in creating the best guest experience 

  • Good collaboration skills and is solution-oriented 

  • Structured and responsibile  

  • A positive attitude 

  • Experience from similar positions from previous 

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing 

 

Tasks: 

  • Responsible of the quality of the daily operations in breakfast  

  • Train, lead and develop your breakfast team 

  • Assist in recruitment of staff when needed 

  • Be central in creating a good work environment 

  • Assist Restaurant Manager in cost control, staffing, waste management and general order
