Tasks:

Responsible of the quality of the daily operations in the bar

Development and implementation of bar menu

Train, lead and develop bartenders and waiters in cocktail skills

Assist in recruitment of staff when needed

Be central in creating a good work environment

Assist Restaurant Manager in cost control, staffing, waste management and general order
