We recommend combining a visit to the Dalen Hotel and a cruise on the Telemark Canal. There are daily bus departures in both directions between the hotel and Skien. An example is to take the boat from Dalen Hotel to Ulefoss in the morning and return by bus in the afternoon or vice versa.
