|At Dalen Hotel we would like to give you a taste of Telemark which blends in with our traditional hotel and the beautiful surrounding nature. The produce of Telemark comes from the local waters, woods and farms. In season we would like to present to you anything from apple cider, locally made wine from berries, trout, elk/moose and deer, local cheeses, crispy (flat)bread to butter and more.
