Wedding
The staff at Dalen Hotel has long experience in arranging weddings and other celebrations. Wether it is a small intimate function held in Victoria or given the luxurious feeling of having the whole hotel by yourself we will make this your fairy tale wedding togehter with your family and friends.

We will help you to make the event tailor made for you, creating happy and memorable moments to look back on. 

Stave church
Many couples whish to use Eidsborg stave church (Norways second smallest from the year 1250) as their place for the wedding ceremony. This can be arranged with further agreement with the local vicar. The church can hold up to about 80 people at the most.

Transport to and from the church
The hotel owns an old buss from 1926 which we can decorate to your liking for the wedding and either bring or pick you up after the ceremony. The steep narrow winding road from the church to Dalen will be another great experience through stunning nature.

Wedding ceremony at the hotel
You may hold the ceremony at the hotel or the fascilities of the the large garden or beautiful large balconys. 

Good helpers in the local district
Dalen has a beautiful flower shop which can make anything to your liking, being the arangements for the tables or the bouquet. There are hairdressers and beautysalon or we can even get a horse and carriage for a ride in the neighbourhood.

Function menu
We help you put together the right food to the right beverage. Please contact us and we will send the function menu to you. Your one two or three tiered wedding cake can be ordered through the hotel and would you like more cakes on the side we will make them here for you.
